Surprising YouTube Results: See My Podcast Stats

Hey Reader,

Lately, I’ve been running a simple experiment on my Hacks & Hobbies YouTube channel.
Not the tutorials channel — the main one where I post full podcast episodes and now, tons of shorts.

So here’s the idea:
You’ve probably heard creators like Alex Hormozi or Gary Vee say, “The more you post, the faster you grow.”
I wanted to see if that still holds true in 2025.

So I started posting.
A lot.
Six to twelve short clips every single day from my 800+ podcast library.

And the results? Honestly — wild.

Between September and October 2025, here’s what happened:

  • Views jumped from 17.3K → 30.1K
  • Watch time more than doubled from 30 hours → 70.8 hours

Even when I paused for just two days in early October, I saw the drop immediately.
The moment I started posting again — boom, views came right back.

It’s clear: consistency wins.
And yes, I’m still refining the copy, testing formats, and tracking which shorts drive traffic back to the full 20–40 minute episodes.

I’m having a lot of fun figuring this out — and if you’d like to learn exactly how I’m doing it, just hit reply or grab a time on my calendar:

Hello Reader, It's Junaid your friendly podcaster and home studio architect. Podcasts that were anywhere from 1.5 hours to 2.5, specially the one with Tim Ferris and Joseph Gordon-Levitt took at least two days to finish during my commute's. It didn't...
