Hello Reader, It's Junaid your friendly podcaster and home studio architect. If you didn't already know, I have a podcast that I've been hosting and producing for almost 7 years, it started out rough and I used to record episodes in my car, similar to when I listened to other podcasts in my car driving to and from work. Podcasts that were anywhere from 1.5 hours to 2.5, specially the one with Tim Ferris and Joseph Gordon-Levitt took at least two days to finish during my commute's. It didn't matter if it was video then. There were barely 1/2 million podcasts in the whole world back in 2017. I always wanted to get into podcasting especially after I launched a podcast with my cousin and brother in law in December of 2012. After that failed attempt and only 4 episodes, I managed to get mine started beginning of 2018. Must I say but I was invited by Gary Vee. See anything we do in life requires a lot of energy, motivation and the discipline. And I lacked discipline then, not anymore though, because I've put systems in place that enable me to show up consistently without fail. This is what I'm aiming to do with these emails. Build up enough confidence and discipline to continue to deliver value and help you improve not only your systems but also your results. Almost 3 years ago, I launched a new program which is geared towards helping others grow their presence through their video appearances for podcast, marketing, courses and educational videos. My mission and vision is to enable 10,000 entrepreneurs to show up with confidence and authority boldly on camera. We are creating first impressions every single time we show up in front of a camera and it invites others to judge us. If you or someone you know need help I'd be open to guiding you with specific tips and guidance to level up your on screen appearance. Thank you for first of all agreeing to receive my emails and second of all reading through the end. I know you value time, just like I do. Sincerely, Junaid Ahmed Home Studio Architect Humblezone, Hacks and Hobbies and Home Studio Mastery. Find me on social media @superjunaid |
Hello Reader, When I started my podcast back in 2018, I made just about every mistake you can make. Wrong gear, no plan, recording episodes that went nowhere. I figured it out eventually, but it cost me a lot of time and money I did not have to spend. This Sunday, I’m getting on a panel with a few podcasters who have been through the same fire, and we’re putting all of it on the table. What We Wish We Knew Sooner: Lessons From Experienced Podcasters Hosted by Strick and Kirk, with Chris...
Hey Reader, Lately, I’ve been running a simple experiment on my Hacks & Hobbies YouTube channel. Not the tutorials channel — the main one where I post full podcast episodes and now, tons of shorts. So here’s the idea:You’ve probably heard creators like Alex Hormozi or Gary Vee say, “The more you post, the faster you grow.”I wanted to see if that still holds true in 2025. So I started posting.A lot.Six to twelve short clips every single day from my 800+ podcast library. And the results?...
